About us
Our History
Built in 1972, GraceMore Nursing & Rehab is a 60-bed skilled nursing facility in Brunswick, Georgia. With over 20 years of healthcare experience, Bill and Wanda Davis purchased GraceMore in 1991 with a dedicated focus on resident-centered quality care. Today, GraceMore is managed by Crossroads Medical Management of Perry, Georgia with over 40 years of combined experience and commitment in the healthcare industry. GraceMore is honored to be part of such a thriving healthcare community in coastal Georgia! By embracing growth and change, our facility is able to work with other healthcare providers to obtain new education, services, and technological advancements that better allows our staff to meet the needs and desires of our residents.
Our goal is the maximize the quality of each individual's life by valuing dignity, independence, and individual needs. We strive to promote an atmosphere of wellness and healing for each individual by providing a home-like comfortable environment. GraceMore Nursing & Rehab offers an array of healthcare services including short-term rehabilitation, rehabilitative and restorative services, long-term care, and palliative/ respite care.
